Pauline was privileged to be a guest speaker at the Southern Country Quilters Association Regional Day at Narrogin in Western Australia.
This was the colourful smile that greeted the hundreds of quilters that made the journey to Narrogin. This fantastically coloured and cleverly made car quilt cover was quilted by the members of the Narrogin Art Group.
Quilters from all over spent the day stitching, chatting and showing off their quilts. Everyone was welcomed with a lovely gift bag full of all sorts of goodies and their own crossed stitched name badge. These gorgeous badges also came with different sewing notions stitched onto them.
The Narrogin Art Group did a superb job setting up the room. Beautiful vases filled with roses adorned each table and the hundreds of giveaways were wrapped in pink rose paper. The theme of the day being "Stop and Smell the Roses". There was plenty of delicious food for everyone.
A big congratulations goes out to everyone who made this day in Narrogin the huge success that it was.
